Born as Jeffrey King, Michael Banister grew up outside of Philadelphia, PA. He didn't have much interest in art as a child. He did have interest in computers and technology. This drove him into a career in software engineering.
In 2015 Jeff had good job. But he wanted more. He wanted to make things—things that were real. Things that made people wonder and think. That desire transformed Jeff King into Michael Banister.
